YOKKAO Return and Exchange Policy

At Yokkao, we are committed to ensuring that every customer finds their perfect fit and achieves the utmost satisfaction with their purchases. Our products are designed to meet the highest standards of quality and performance in combat sports. To support this commitment, we've established a clear and fair return and exchange policy.

1. Returns or Exchanges:

  • Exchange of Size: Accepted with specific shipping costs and product conditions as below.
  • General Returns/Exchanges: Not accepted after order confirmation, except under specific circumstances.

Exceptions:

  • Order Errors: Returns are accepted if a mistake is made in the order (e.g., wrong style or size sent).
  • Defective Items: Returns are accepted for items with factory defects..

2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Final Sale Items: All sales are final for shoes and personal items (e.g., hand wraps, groin protectors, mouthguards), including personalized or customized products.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased during sales or pre-order periods are final and not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Time Frame: Items must be returned within 14 days after the date of shipment delivery.

3. Product Condition:

All products being returned must be in their original packaging, unused, and unwashed with tags not cut. Items not meeting these conditions will not be accepted.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns and Exchanges:

The customer is responsible for shipping costs, including duties and taxes to return the product (to Thailand if purchased from the Asia store or to the USA if purchased from the US store).
Yokkao will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item, excluding duties and taxes.

 5. Warranty Policy:

The warranty is only for defective products. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and unwashed with all tags within 14 days of shipment delivery.

6. Refund Policy:

No refunds are issued except for order errors or defective items. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back prior to any refund being issued. If the item is eligible for a refund, the shipping costs for returning the item will also be refunded.
