YOKKAO Shipping Policy

Processing & Shipping Time
Products in stock at our warehouses are typically shipped within 3 days. We ship directly from our Thailand warehouse to Asia, Europe, United Kingdom, Africa, Australia, South America, and Canada using DHL Express or FedEx (delivery time estimated 3 to 5 days). Shipping within Thailand is handled by Thai Post, with delivery times estimated at 1 to 2 days for Bangkok and up to 5 days for provinces or islands.
Pre-order items, as listed on the product page, are generally shipped within 6 to 8 weeks. Yokkao is not responsible for courier delays.

Shipping Costs
During checkout, shipping costs will be calculated accordingly along with an estimated delivery date. Customers are responsible for any additional import duties or taxes imposed by local customs authorities.

Undelivered Packages
In case of an attempted delivery by the courier where the customer does not receive the package, or the package is lost by the courier, Yokkao is not responsible for damaged packages or undelivered packages resulting from the courier's actions or the customer not receiving the product. Yokkao encourages customers to add shipping protection at checkout.
