YOKKAO Next Generation Sydney July

YOKKAO Next Generation Back in Sydney on 23rd July

YOKKAO Next Generation is all set to make its return to Sydney, Australia on Saturday, 23rd July 2022. Once again, the upcoming show is in collaboration with SRG Gym and will be our sixth event to be held in Australia.

Ever since YOKKAO Next Generation was first held in Australia in 2016, the event has evolved to become one of the top platforms for Muay Thai fighters in Australia. Not only are they given a venue to display their skills, but they’re also provided proper exposure and promotion to a wider audience.

The previous five events were all hugely successful, including the last one held in April. It included such notable promotions as YOKKAO 39-40, held in Sydney in 2019. In that sold-out show, Muay Thai world champions such as Singdam and Superbank were featured along with some of the top fighters from the country.

The upcoming event aims to match, or if possible even surpass, the success of the last event held on 23rd April. With the scheduled line-up of fights, that’s a definite possibility. A total of 6 professional matches are planned, while some of the top amateur fighters in the country are also set to participate.

Muay Thai has grown so much in Australia in the past few years and because of that, the country has been responsible for producing some of the sport’s best fighters. Yokkao Next Generation Sydney will serve as the perfect platform for the new breed of Australian Muay Thai fighters to showcase their abilities just like it has in its past events.

SRG Thai Boxing Gym will once again serve as the host of the event. The gym is an official YOKKAO affiliate training center and is one of the top Muay Thai gyms in Australia. Doors are going to open at 5 PM and the first fight will start at 6 PM. For those interested in attending the event live - general seated tickets are priced at $85 and are available at SRG reception, while general standing tickets are available at $65 and are available here.
