YOKKAO Training Center Bangkok follows the authentic training schedules observed in traditional Muay Thai Camps of Thailand, ensuring an immersive experience.

The Camp operates daily, welcoming enthusiasts from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. For drop-ins, please note that the minimum duration of a training session is one hour. To secure your spot, advance bookings are essential due to the limited availability for drop-ins.

Regardless of whether you're a novice or a seasoned professional, our dedicated team will tailor the training schedule to suit your level and goals.

Here is the training schedule:

  • Mobility exercises
  • 10 Min warm-up workout
  • 10 Min jump rope
  • 10 Min tecnique
  • 30 Min Padwork & Bagwork
  • Sparring
  • Abs, Knee, Cool Down

  • 200 knee Heavy Bag
  • Strength & Conditioning/cool down

AFTERNOON

  • 3:00pm Running 6km
  • 20 min Skipping
  • 3 Rounds Shadow boxing
  • 4/5 Rounds heavy bag
  • 7 Rounds pad work
  • 5 rounds clinching or sparring
  • 400 knee heavy bag
  • Strength & Conditioning/cool down
